The Kansas City Chiefs have signed wide receiver Andrew Armstrong from the practice squad to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday night’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.

The Kansas City Chiefs signed undrafted rookie wide receiver Andrew Armstrong from the practice squad to their 53-man active roster ahead of Sunday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Armstrong earned his regular-season debut in Week 6 against the Los Angeles Chargers, recording one catch for 13 yards on two targets.
Armstrong fills an open roster spot created after left tackle Josh Simmons was placed on injured reserve. The promotion comes as wide receiver Rashee Rice is expected to miss a second consecutive game due to a hamstring injury.
