Inter Milan have announced their official starting lineup to face Fiorentina in Serie A Round 8 at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. Goalkeeper Ivan Provedel makes his debut for the Nerazzurri, while Francesco Pio Esposito partners Marcus Thuram in attack. Cristian Chivu also recalled Andy Diouf to the starting lineup, with Carlos Augusto starting on the left wing in place of the rested Federico Dimarco.
Fiorentina start with Argentine forward Mateo Pellegrino leading the attack alongside Franco Mastantuono and Alieu Njie. Inter are dealing with multiple injury absences, missing Lautaro Martinez, Benjamin Pavard, John Stones, Curtis Jones, and Luis Henrique. A victory for unbeaten Inter would allow them to pull level with Lazio at the top of the Serie A table.
