RB Kalel Mullings and WR K.J. Osborne will be gameday elevations for Sunday’s game vs the Browns.

The Tennessee Titans have promoted defensive tackle Timmy Horne to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. In addition, the team elevated running back Kalel Mullings and wide receiver K.J. Osborn from the practice squad for the matchup at Nissan Stadium, while linebacker Dorian Mausi was ruled out.
Horne joined Tennessee last offseason, spent the 2025 season on the practice squad, and logged two tackles against the Indianapolis Colts after being elevated last week. Tennessee also made several practice squad adjustments, signing defensive back Erick Hallett while waiving linebacker Chase Wilson.
