The Canadian international limped off just 20 minutes into his return against Hibs…

Celtic defender Alistair Johnston suffered a suspected hamstring injury just 20 minutes into his comeback against Hibernian. Celtic manager O'Neill voiced concern that the Canadian full-back could face another spell on the sidelines, confirming he will undergo scans to assess the full severity of the problem. Johnston had recently returned after three months out.
The setback occurred during Celtic's 2-1 victory over Hibernian, where a Josh Kerr own goal and a Camilo Duran strike overturned Owen Elding's opener. Despite the injury concern, O'Neill noted that Celtic have right-back cover available in Colby Donovan, Anthony Ralston, and Jordan Lotomba.
