The Lakers have traded Adam Flagler's G League rights to the Texas Legends just weeks after acquiring the talented guard.

The Los Angeles Lakers' G League affiliate, Coachella Valley, traded the returning player rights to guard Adam Flagler to the Texas Legends. In the trade with the Dallas Mavericks' affiliate, the Lakers received the returning player rights to center Derek Ogbeide and a 2028 first-round draft pick while sending away Flagler's rights and a 2027 second-round pick.
The Lakers had originally acquired Flagler's rights from the Austin Spurs in September. Flagler became an unrestricted free agent after the Sacramento Kings recently waived him from his two-way contract, and he has now joined the Legends' training camp roster.
