Following Vincent Kompany's recent collapse, Niko Kovac has spoken about the immense pressure that comes with being a football coach.

Borussia Dortmund head coach Niko Kovac addressed the immense pressure of top-level football management following Vincent Kompany's recent collapse. The Bayern Munich manager was hospitalized after collapsing at the club's training ground last week, prompting him to take a temporary break from coaching duties. Reports have suggested that Kompany's demanding work schedule and lack of sleep may have contributed to the medical incident.
Speaking at a press conference, Kovac explained that managers constantly take work home and face immense stress whether battling relegation or striving to win every game at top clubs. Kovac emphasized the demanding nature of the profession, wished Kompany a quick recovery, and stated that the Belgian coach needs peace and quiet to recuperate.
