Hayden Reel of Canal Street Chronicles broke down the New Orleans Saints' performance following their loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Paris. The analysis highlighted the standout pass-rushing display by Carl Granderson and Chase Young, who combined for three sacks against Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers. However, the writer noted that New Orleans struggled significantly elsewhere on the field, which undermined their defensive efforts.
The review heavily criticized the Saints' rushing offense, which managed just 18 yards on 17 carries behind a struggling offensive line. Reel also pointed to offensive execution issues, noting the Saints scored points on only one of four drives lasting 11 plays or longer, including a missed 52-yard field goal and a red-zone interception thrown by Tyler Shough.
