Tate Southisene went to the Arizona Fall League to catch up on lost playing time, but the Atlanta Braves star prospect is doing more than that.

Atlanta Braves prospect Tate Southisene is putting together an impressive showing in the Arizona Fall League after recovering from a broken wrist that prematurely ended his 2026 season. Assigned to the league to recover missed playing time, the infielder is performing strongly despite limited team opportunities.
Through eight games and 32 plate appearances as of October 26, Southisene posted a .320/.469/.480 slash line alongside three stolen bases, seven walks, and seven strikeouts. Eric Cole highlights that Southisene has maintained his patient approach and shows his development remains on track heading toward 2027.
