Carabao Cup: Arsenal should unleash Dowman as Liverpool-Chelsea clash

Sky Sports analysts examine key storylines ahead of the Carabao Cup fourth round, arguing Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta should give 16-year-old Max Dowman a regular starting role. The tie against Fleetwood Town presents an opportunity for Dowman following Bukayo Saka's injury, while Andoni Iraola's Liverpool prepare to host Xabi Alonso's Chelsea in a marquee clash at Anfield.

Elsewhere, Manchester City face Brighton in the first of two meetings this week as Fabian Hurzeler looks to disrupt the cup holders. Other highlighted fourth-round ties include Robbie Savage's Peterborough facing Bradford City, Bournemouth hosting Aston Villa, Fulham playing Crystal Palace, Sunderland against Brentford, and Everton hosting Newcastle.
