Carabao Cup: Arsenal should unleash Dowman as Liverpool-Chelsea clash

Sky Sports analysts examine key talking points ahead of the Carabao Cup fourth round, arguing Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta should give regular minutes to 16-year-old Max Dowman against Fleetwood Town following Bukayo Saka's injury. The round also features an Anfield encounter between Andoni Iraola's Liverpool and Xabi Alonso's Chelsea, while Manchester City defend their title against Brighton.

Elsewhere, Robbie Savage's Peterborough face Bradford City, and Aston Villa meet Bournemouth as both sides balance domestic cup duties with European campaigns. Meanwhile, Fulham play struggling Crystal Palace, Brentford travel to Sunderland, and Everton host Newcastle United in a clash preceding their upcoming league fixture.
