It was ugly, it was sloppy, and it was bad. But somehow the San Francisco 49ers found themselves with a chance to take the lead with three minutes left in the fourth quarter. Brock Purdy’s second interception of the game…
Andrew Pasquini of Niners Nation selected Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle, and Kaelon Black as the San Francisco 49ers' three standout offensive performers following a 29-20 defeat to the Atlanta Falcons. The loss dropped the 49ers to 6-1 heading into their bye week, after a late comeback attempt was derailed by Brock Purdy's second interception of the contest.
Pasquini named McCaffrey the top star after he gained 100 yards and scored a touchdown on 13 touches despite missing significant playing time with a thigh injury. Tight end George Kittle earned second-star recognition with eight receptions for 88 yards, while rookie running back Kaelon Black took third-star honors after rushing for 63 yards and his first career NFL touchdown.
