UFC legend Demetrious Johnson wants to see Jean Silva get a crack at the UFC featherweight championship after UFC 333.

Former UFC champion Demetrious Johnson has voiced his support for featherweight contender Jean Silva to receive the next title shot against champion Alexander Volkanovski. Speaking on his PRECISION podcast with Israel Adesanya, Johnson stated that Silva represents a more dangerous opponent than recent challenger Movsar Evloev, highlighting Silva's fearless approach and willingness to take risks inside the Octagon.
Johnson favored Silva over other potential contenders like Aljamain Sterling, noting Silva's athletic style could challenge Volkanovski. The endorsement follows Volkanovski's successful title defense against Evloev in the main event of UFC 333, leaving the promotion with multiple contenders in the 145-pound division.
