The Tennessee Titans hosted five free agents for tryouts on Tuesday, according to the NFL's Official Transaction Wire. The players brought in were punter Matt Haack, linebackers Dominique Hampton and Chris Paul, and defensive tackles Khalen Saunders and Chris Smith. The tryout occurred following an injury to the team's primary punter.
The workout follows Titans punter Tommy Townsend suffering a knee injury in Week 7, where he was limited to holding duties. Haack, a 32-year-old veteran who entered the NFL in 2017 with the Miami Dolphins, most recently played seven games for the Arizona Cardinals in 2025.
