After a rocky start in Los Angeles, the veteran netminder is silencing critics with three straight victories, rediscovering the championship form that once anchored Colorado’s title run.

Former Colorado Avalanche goaltender Darcy Kuemper has secured three consecutive victories for the Los Angeles Kings, rebounding from a difficult start to the season. His latest win came in a 6-3 victory over the New York Rangers on Monday night, where Kuemper stopped 23 shots.
Kuemper initially struggled across his first four games, posting a 4.53 goals-against average and an .844 save percentage. The veteran netminder, who won the Stanley Cup with Colorado in 2022, has provided Los Angeles with improved stability in net following their early-season challenges.
