Neil Lennon has questioned whether the Celtic medical staff are making mistakes with Alistair Johnston after a potential setback.

Former Celtic manager Neil Lennon has questioned the club's medical staff after defender Alistair Johnston suffered a suspected hamstring setback against Hibernian. Johnston made his return from a hamstring injury that had sidelined him since August, coming on as a substitute for Colby Donovan during Celtic's 2-1 victory. However, the Canadian right-back lasted just 21 minutes before being forced off.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Lennon criticized the decision to clear Johnston to play, noting the recurring nature of the injury. Manager Martin O'Neill stated that Johnston felt something high up in his hamstring, though the severity of the issue remains unconfirmed.
