After experiencing a vasovagal episode on the team plane one week ago that prompted an emergency medical landing, Pittsburgh Penguins' center Ben Kindel was back at practice and centering the second line Tuesday.

Pittsburgh Penguins center Ben Kindel returned to full-contact practice on Tuesday following a scary medical emergency on the team plane last week. The 19-year-old forward suffered what general manager Kyle Dubas described as a vasovagal episode that led to an emergency landing in Salt Lake City and caused him to miss two games.
Kindel expressed gratitude toward the team's medical staff and noted he is eager to move forward after the episode. The Penguins held practice ahead of their upcoming home game against the Utah Mammoth on Thursday.
