Nicolo Tresoldi: Club Brugge make huge January transfer call on Man United target
Key Things to Know
  • Club Brugge will not sell Manchester United transfer target Nicolo Tresoldi during the January transfer window.
  • Brugge previously rejected a €35 million permanent transfer offer from AS Roma for the striker during the summer.
  • Tresoldi has recorded seven league goals in nine games and four goals in three Champions League appearances this season.
The Story in 60 Seconds

Club Brugge have decided they will not sell striker Nicolo Tresoldi during the January transfer window despite strong interest from Manchester United and other European clubs. The Belgian side previously rejected a €35 million permanent bid from AS Roma in the summer, and club officials maintain that the forward is strictly not for sale mid-season.

Tresoldi has started the campaign in prolific form, scoring seven league goals in nine matches alongside four Champions League strikes. While scouts from Bayern Munich, Chelsea, and Arsenal have monitored the Germany youth international, any interested suitors will have to wait until at least the summer window to pursue a deal.
