NFL trade deadline reports highlight potential market moves involving the Jets, Chiefs, Chargers, and Raiders. According to The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt, the Jets are highly unlikely to trade wide receiver Garrett Wilson or running back Breece Hall without a massive return. Meanwhile, outside linebacker Will McDonald IV is considered New York's top trade candidate, potentially fetching a fourth-round pick. Additionally, Jets head coach Aaron Glenn is reportedly unlikely to be fired in-season despite mounting pressure.
Elsewhere across the AFC, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler notes the Chiefs are looking for receiver upgrades before the deadline, identifying Josh Downs and Jerry Jeudy as possible fits. The Chargers are not actively looking to trade players but have marketable assets in Khalil Mack and Quentin Johnston. For the Raiders, benched offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson could potentially be moved for a Day 3 draft pick, while quarterback Kirk Cousins could draw interest if made available.
