Arsenal want teenage forward Ceadach O'Neill to become a first-team success, according to a report by The Daily Mail. The 18-year-old joined the Gunners academy from Linfield in 2024 and finished as the club's top academy scorer last season with 18 goals in 30 games across three age divisions. Manager Mikel Arteta praised O'Neill's maturity and quality following appearances during pre-season fixtures.
Arteta could potentially hand O'Neill his senior debut in Arsenal's upcoming Carabao Cup fourth-round tie against Fleetwood Town. The Gunners are expected to rotate heavily from their recent Premier League win over Everton, with fellow teenagers Max Dowman and Marli Salmon also in contention to feature.
