The San Antonio Spurs extended their winning streak to three games with a narrow 117-111 overtime victory against the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night. Despite Utah missing frontcourt players Lauri Markkanen and Jaren Jackson Jr., Keyonte George provided an early offensive spark to push the Jazz ahead. The contest remained tightly contested through regulation before San Antonio finally pulled away in the extra session.
Victor Wembanyama led the Spurs with 36 points on 14-of-25 shooting, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists. Head coach Mitch Johnson utilized a tight nine-man rotation during the overtime win, while Dylan Harper struggled offensively with a 4-of-17 shooting performance. The Spurs next face the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday.
