Bayern Munich midfielder Konrad Laimer emphasized that head coach Vincent Kompany should take all the time necessary to recover following his discharge from the hospital. Kompany is presently recuperating at home with his family while the team continues preparations for upcoming matches under Aaron Danks. Laimer stressed that nobody at the club wants the manager to rush his return to the touchline.
Speaking on behalf of the squad, Laimer expressed relief that Kompany is back in familiar surroundings and noted that health takes precedence over football. The midfielder reiterated that the entire Bayern Munich dressing room fully supports Kompany and looks forward to welcoming him back once he achieves 100 percent fitness.
