After reportedly suffering an MCL sprain in Week 7, Baltimore Ravens guard Vega Ioane was already back at practice just four days later.

Baltimore Ravens rookie guard Vega Ioane returned to practice in a limited capacity on Thursday, just days after reportedly suffering an MCL sprain during Week 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Although Ioane wore a large knee brace and moved with a slight limp, his rapid return to the field highlights a resilient mindset and offers hope that he could potentially play in Week 8 against the Buffalo Bills.
Connor Burke of Ebony Bird argues that the Ravens urgently need Ioane's toughness on the offensive line, especially with quarterback Lamar Jackson nearing a return from an ankle injury. Burke writes that reserve options Andrew Vorhees and Emery Jones Jr. have struggled in pass protection, making Ioane's quick recovery vital for Baltimore's offensive front.
