Adjusting to Canadian football was much easier for Tyler Kahmann than life in Canada's biggest city.

Toronto Argonauts receiver Tyler Kahmann has produced a breakout CFL rookie campaign, registering 77 catches for 1,092 yards and eight touchdowns. The 26-year-old Kansas native has quickly adapted to the Canadian game, becoming one of four Toronto receivers to reach the 1,000-yard mark this season in a franchise first. He is currently considered the frontrunner to win the CFL's Most Outstanding Rookie award.
Kahmann stepped into a starting role after injuries limited teammate Jake Herslow and built strong chemistry with quarterback Chad Kelly through early film study. After initially being released by Toronto in 2025 following a stint with the Indianapolis Colts, he re-signed in January. The Argonauts now prepare to host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the East semifinal on Saturday.
