January transfer window plans are being put in place at Fratton Park - with an update from the Blues boss over the midfield department.

Portsmouth head coach John Mousinho has revealed the club has no urgent need to sign central midfielders during the upcoming January transfer window. Mousinho credited the promising emergence and quick adaptation of midfielder Iyad Mohamed, alongside the steady presence of captain Marlon Pack, for easing prior concerns in the department.
While talks with targets across other positions are expected to accelerate by mid-November, Mousinho emphasized that Pompey will avoid a massive overhaul. With injured players like Mark Kosznovszky expected back around late December, the club aims for a much smaller number of permanent or loan additions compared to past windows.
