The Calgary Flames may have plenty of reason to lose sleep over Devin Cooley's injury, as one notable expert highlights.

Calgary Flames goaltender Devin Cooley sustained a lower-body injury following a collision with Edmonton Oilers forward Colton Dach on Wednesday night. While Cooley remains officially listed as day-to-day, medical analyst Dr. Harjas Grewal suggested the goaltender likely suffered an MCL injury that could sideline him for four to six weeks.
The Flames suffered a 4-0 defeat against Edmonton during the contest, and writer Nestor Quixtan notes that an extended absence for Cooley places heavy pressure on Dustin Wolf. Quixtan highlights that if Cooley is placed on injured reserve, Calgary may consider calling up either Kirill Zarubin or Arseni Sergeyev.
