The Story in 60 Seconds

Jockey Hollie Doyle is scheduled to make her return to racing at Southwell on Saturday after five months out with a broken left leg. Doyle passed her mandatory return to riding test earlier in the week, clearing her to take eight rides on the All-Weather surface. She suffered the injury in a fall at Bath in May and expressed gratitude to the Injured Jockeys Fund and medical staff for assisting her recovery.

Writing for Sky Sports Racing, Doyle highlighted Simon Crisford's Always Sunny as her strongest chance of riding a winner during her comeback fixture. Alongside reviewing her book of eight rides at Southwell, Doyle also previewed major Breeders' Cup contests at Keeneland, highlighting contenders including Blue Bolt, Notable Speech, and Wesley Ward's sprinter Bacio.
