England international was nowhere to be seen for Carabao Cup clash…
Jack Grealish was left out of Everton's squad for their Carabao Cup last-16 match against Newcastle on Thursday. The club confirmed on social media that the winger was unavailable due to a breach of club discipline, with manager David Moyes starting Tyler Dibling and Tyrique George out wide instead.
Grealish is currently on his second consecutive loan spell at Everton from Manchester City. In the same squad announcement, Everton confirmed defender Jarrad Branthwaite remained sidelined due to concussion protocols.
