Hearts manager Wouter Vrancken believes his squad's experience in high-pressure matches will benefit them ahead of their Premier Sports Cup semi-final against rivals Hibs at Hampden Park on Sunday. The 47-year-old manager emphasized the importance of mental preparation and handling emotions during knockout ties, drawing on past successes and European tests.
Vrancken previously won the Belgian Cup with KV Mechelen and achieved top-flight success with Sint-Truiden before joining Hearts. He noted that navigating intense atmospheres, including their Conference League fixture against Trabzonspor, has prepared the squad to play before more than 23,000 Hearts supporters at Hampden.
