Scotland star Finn Russell is targeting an historic victory over New Zealand next weekend as he prepares to win his 100th cap in Test rugby.

Scotland fly-half Finn Russell says defeating New Zealand next Saturday at Murrayfield would be the perfect way to mark his 100th Test cap. Russell enters the clash with 95 caps for Scotland and four for the British and Irish Lions, as Gregor Townsend's team seeks an historic first-ever win against the All Blacks in 34 attempts.
Russell, who turned 34 last month, dismissed speculation about impending retirement, stating he remains under contract with Bath until 2028 and feels physically fresh. He expressed no immediate desire to stop playing for club or country, adding that he intends to continue competing as long as he enjoys the game.
