President Donald Trump and his MAGA coalition still have a loyal friend in Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, who gave more than $1 million to the cause this election cycle.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has contributed $1.5 million toward political campaigns, including $1 million to Donald Trump's MAGA Inc. and $500,000 to local Texas races, according to Federal Election Commission records. His contributions include $250,000 to the Paxton Victory PAC, which backs Republican candidate Ken Paxton in a competitive Texas US Senate race against Democrat James Talarico.
Jones is part of a broader trend among NFL owners, who have collectively spent over $18 million on the 2026 midterm elections, predominantly favoring Republicans. Denver Broncos principal owner Rob Walton led all league donors by contributing $8.96 million, while Seattle Seahawks owner Vinod Khosla served as the top Democratic contributor with $2.09 million in donations.
