The Lakers take a 21-point lead in the first quarter and build it to 25 before the Warriors race back to tie the score at halftime and win the second-half battle.

The Los Angeles Lakers suffered a 112-95 defeat against the Golden State Warriors after relinquishing an early 25-point lead at Chase Center. Despite building a commanding first-half advantage behind Luka Doncic, the Lakers struggled through the final three quarters as Golden State mounted a fierce comeback to secure a 17-point victory in their NBA Cup matchup.
Doncic led Los Angeles with 37 points, seven rebounds, and five assists in 37 minutes of action, but his performance was not enough to halt Golden State's rally. Stephen Curry sparked the Warriors' turnaround, leading a defensive and offensive surge that handed the Lakers their second loss of the season.
