Arsenal are set to reward club-record signing Declan Rice with a new lucrative contract after he helped fire the Gunners to Premier League title glory last season…

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that midfielder Declan Rice is close to agreeing to a new lucrative contract with the Premier League club. Arteta stated that discussions are progressing well and that Rice wants to remain in north London for the long term following Arteta's own extension through 2030.
The proposed permanent deal is expected to be worth up to £350,000 per week including bonuses, matching the wage bracket of Bukayo Saka. Rice is also set to feature in Arsenal's upcoming clash against Liverpool after resuming full training following a minor hamstring concern against Everton.
