The Jets need a win in the worst way, and so do the Raiders.

New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn faces mounting pressure to secure a victory against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday at MetLife Stadium. Entering the game with a 2-5 record, the Jets have dropped five of their last six games, putting them at risk of extending their postseason drought to a 16th consecutive season.
Brian Costello notes that Glenn can silence job speculation with a win, improved late-half game management, and a strong defensive showing. Despite external criticism, Glenn retains vocal support from key players, including center Josh Myers and quarterback Geno Smith, who faces his former team.
