Diego Moreira admits this was his best Milan performance ‘for now’ after a goal and two assists, while Christian Pulisic jokes about his incredible record against Inter.
AC Milan defeated rival Inter 3-1 in the Derby della Madonnina, powered by standout performances from Diego Moreira and Christian Pulisic. Moreira recorded two assists within the first 10 minutes for goals by Pulisic and Adrien Rabiot before scoring Milan's third with a dipping free kick. Moreira called the win his best game in a Milan shirt so far.
Pulisic scored his fourth career goal in the derby, maintaining a streak where Milan has won every derby in which he scores. Former Milan star Kaka watched from the stands after being inducted into the club's Hall of Fame prior to kickoff.
