In his Steelers.com mailbag, Bob Labriola addressed various fan inquiries regarding the Pittsburgh Steelers' roster and league rules. Labriola noted that he does not anticipate the franchise completing a blockbuster trade ahead of the upcoming deadline. Instead, he suggested that Pittsburgh would more likely explore additions for depth rather than acquiring marquee names on large contracts.

Labriola also clarified roster situations, confirming wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling remains on the practice squad following his October 20 signing. Additionally, he discussed historical tight end comparisons, special teams roles, and clarified that rookie quarterback Drew Allar and second-year quarterback Will Howard currently share the quarterback room.
