Mousinho praised Poole's leadership and consistency after returning from a significant knee injury.

Poole has started six consecutive matches alongside central defensive partner Madiodio Dia, helping Portsmouth concede just five goals while losing only once during that span. Mousinho warned the defensive pair to maintain their high standards, noting that Conor Shaughnessy has returned to the squad from injury and Benjy Arthur is expected back in January.
