Tottenham Hotspur could have an opening to sign RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa as North London rivals Arsenal struggle with his transfer valuation. Arsenal are reportedly eager to sign the 21-year-old Norwegian international in January but are willing to offer only €55m (£46m). With Leipzig holding firm on their €70m (£58.5m) asking price, a £12.5m gap remains the main hurdle in negotiations.
Tottenham explored a permanent move for Nusa during the summer and could now look to hijack Arsenal's pursuit by meeting Leipzig's financial demands. However, Spurs Web notes that manager Roberto De Zerbi rates young forward Mathys Tel highly, raising questions about whether Tottenham would risk limiting Tel's first-team development by signing a high-profile winger.
