According to German outlet Fussball News, manager David Moyes is considering an offer for the 26-year-old England international, although no formal negotiations have taken place between the two Premier League clubs yet.

Tottenham are reluctant to sell Gallagher, who is contracted until 2031 and remains valued by manager Roberto De Zerbi for his versatility and energy. Everton previously pursued Gallagher in January 2023 with a reported £40 million plus £5 million add-on proposal, but the midfielder declined the move at the time.
