Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso is poised to take a controversial transfer decision that risks splitting the fanbase at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso is reportedly considering selling 19-year-old Brazilian attacker Estevao as soon as the January transfer window. The tactical shift to Alonso's preferred 3-4-2-1 formation has limited the youngster's playing time, as he does not fit the wing-back role and faces competition in central attacking positions.
Estevao, originally signed for €45 million, currently holds an Estimated Transfer Value of €111 million. Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly monitoring the permanent transfer situation following an injury to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, while Chelsea could potentially use the funds to strengthen other areas of their squad.
