Ipswich Town manager Gary O'Neil felt his team were the far better team in this afternoon's 2-2 draw at Hull City.
Ipswich Town manager Gary O'Neil praised his side's dominant performance following a 2-2 Premier League draw against Hull City. Florentino Luis opened the scoring for Ipswich before Hull took the lead in the second half through goals from Tim Iroegbunam and Oli McBurnie. Julio Enciso equalized with an outside-the-box strike to secure a point for Ipswich.
O'Neil felt his team were the better side throughout the match and expressed frustration that defensive lapses led to Hull's goals. Despite missing opportunities to take all three points, O'Neil commended his squad's control and look ahead to their upcoming home fixture against Bournemouth.
