Houston Texans defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is reportedly generating trade interest ahead of the NFL trade deadline, according to Adam Schefter. Clowney returned to Houston on a one-year deal this summer to serve as a rotational pass rusher, but the 2-5 Texans may lean on their defensive end depth if a trade materializes.
The 33-year-old veteran and former 2014 No. 1 overall pick has recorded nine total tackles, two tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and one pass deflection in five games during the 2026 season.
