If Pavel Zacha isn't signing with the Bruins long-term, Don Sweeney may have to make a tough decision.

Writer Nate Duffett suggests the Boston Bruins should consider trading center Pavel Zacha if they do not plan to sign him long-term. Although Zacha has recorded nine points in his last nine games playing alongside David Pastrnak, Duffett argues that concerning underlying trends and Zacha's upcoming contract demands warrant looking for an upgrade at center.
Duffett proposes a potential swap with the Los Angeles Kings for 24-year-old center Quinton Byfield. In Duffett's view, Byfield's size, contract at $6.25 million for two more seasons, and upside would make him an ideal fit for the Bruins' forward core.
