The Carolina Hurricanes Sunday afternoon began the month of November like they ended October, winning another hockey game. They defeated the Winnipeg Jets 7-0 on Kids Day in Raleigh to claim their 12th win of the season.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson suffered an injury on his first play back during the Week 8 matchup against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. The two-time NFL MVP had just returned to the lineup after missing the team's previous three games due to an ankle injury.
The setback ended the anticipated duel between Jackson and Allen early and created further difficulties for Baltimore. Details regarding the exact nature and severity of Jackson's new injury were not disclosed in the report.
