Ipswich Town forward Jamie Mauge has joined National League South club Billericay Town on a 28-day loan deal. The 19-year-old made his debut for the Essex-based non-league side as a 76th-minute substitute during their dominant 5-0 home victory against Hemel Hempstead Town.
Mauge joins fellow Ipswich youngster Nico Valentine, who scored in the match, and former Ipswich striker Macauley Bonne at the club managed by Danny Scopes. Mauge has scored four goals for Ipswich's Under-21 side this season and previously gained senior experience through loan spells at Bury Town.
