The Los Angeles Kings have reassigned forward Vojtech Cihar from AHL Ontario to WHL Kelowna.

The Los Angeles Kings have reassigned forward prospect Vojtech Cihar from the AHL's Ontario Reign to the WHL's Kelowna Rockets. The 19-year-old forward was initially eligible to play in the AHL because he was drafted out of Czechia, bypassing the standard NHL-CHL transfer agreement. However, he tallied just one assist in eight games with Ontario to start the season.
Cihar previously played for Kelowna last season, recording 31 points in 31 regular-season games and 13 points in nine playoff appearances. Returning to the WHL provides the 2025 second-round pick with an opportunity for extended ice time and preparation ahead of the upcoming World Juniors tournament.
