The former England international has been diagnosed with MND…

Former England rugby captain Lewis Moody appeared on the High Performance podcast with Jake Humphrey, emotionally sharing how he informed his sons, Dylan and Ethan, about his muscle-wasting disease diagnosis. Moody recalled deciding immediately with his wife, Annie, to break the news to their children upon returning home, expressing the heartbreak of sharing such difficult news while maintaining a determination to face the condition positively.
Moody also praised the enduring support of his wife Annie, who pledged to remain by his side and care for him as the condition progresses. Additionally, the former British and Irish Lion reiterated that he does not blame rugby for his illness, stating that the joy of playing far outweighed the inherent physical risks.
