The Tampa Bay Lightning found another way to weave together classic aspects of the city of Tampa with a classic color of the team…

The Tampa Bay Lightning have unveiled their new Hometown Remix uniforms along with a 10-game schedule for wearing them. The design features an all-black look with blue accents and draws inspiration from Tampa's annual Gasparilla festivities. The jersey also includes the Bayshore Balustrade along the inside stitching at the bottom.
The team is scheduled to wear the uniforms exclusively during Saturday games, beginning on November 14 against the Detroit Red Wings and finishing on April 10 against the Boston Bruins. Writer Harrison Smajovits noted that while initial retail preview images looked unimpressive, the full uniform design works well when worn by the players.
