If both Kingston Flemings and Jalen Johnson are unable to go against Indiana, Daniels could be relied upon much more than usual.

Writer Zach Langley argues that the Atlanta Hawks should expand Dyson Daniels' offensive role following a one-game suspension for rookie guard Kingston Flemings. With star forward Jalen Johnson also listed as questionable for Monday's matchup against the Indiana Pacers, Atlanta may need to rely heavily on Daniels to generate offense and provide playmaking.
Langley notes that Daniels possesses the all-around skill set and defensive instincts needed to replicate Flemings' bench impact. While RayJ Dennis remains another backcourt option, Langley contends that Daniels' experience with off-ball movement, screening, and finishing makes him well-prepared to handle increased ball-handling duties.
