The New England Patriots have lost a defensive player off the practice squad by an NFC North squad before Week 10…

The Detroit Lions have signed veteran linebacker KJ Britt to their active roster off the New England Patriots' practice squad, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Britt originally joined the Patriots on a one-year, $1.4 million contract before being released in August and subsequently re-signed to the practice squad, appearing in one game this season against the Las Vegas Raiders.
In corresponding roster moves, the Patriots added running back Terrell Jennings to their practice squad while releasing safety Elliott Davison. Following Britt's departure, New England retains an open practice squad position, coming off a Week 8 victory over the Miami Dolphins led by quarterback Drake Maye.
