The Denver Broncos received a clear message from a national insider about a potential trade for Jonathan Taylor amid their rumored interest.

ESPN insider Adam Schefter outlined the high trade cost required to acquire Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor ahead of the deadline. Speaking on 92.5 FM Altitude Sports Radio, Schefter suggested a package comparable to the Christian McCaffrey deal would be needed, likely involving a first-round draft pick or a combination of multiple day-two and day-three selections.
Schefter advised caution for the Denver Broncos, citing recent production from rookie Jonah Coleman alongside J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey. He noted that multiple NFL clubs, including potential suitors like the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers, could also explore a trade for Taylor depending on injuries and team performance.
